Shipping Policy

Brink Active is packaged and shipped in Arizona. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order has been processed, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and then contact hello@brinkactive.com for further help. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $100. We do not offer shipping outside of the US at this time.

Shipping time for USPS shipping are as follows:
Standard: 3-4 business days
Economy: 5-8 business days

Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume, or inclement weather. 

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased from Brink Active, they may be returned for a refund. Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the date your item was delivered. All items must be returned in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Items returned that show any product stains such as makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar may be subject to refusal for return.

Once your return is received, it may take up to 5 business days for your credit card or banking system to receive the refund. Final sale items are not subject to return.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
